Foot Massage

Foot Massage in Centennial and Highlands Ranch

A foot massage at Li’s is exactly that, your feet only, worked by a therapist who does this all day. It is our simplest service and one of the most popular, because sore, tired feet are something almost everyone has and very few people do anything about.

You stay fully dressed apart from your shoes and socks, you sit back, and for 30, 60 or 90 minutes someone takes care of your feet. If you spend your day standing, walking or on a trail, this is the session for you.

What a session looks like

Your therapist works the arches, heels, toes, the top of the foot and the ankles, with the pressure set by you. Thirty minutes is enough for a good working over of both feet. Sixty and ninety minutes let the therapist go slower on sore spots and spend more time on the calves and ankles where a lot of foot pain actually starts. Prices are on the cards above, starting at $40 for 30 minutes.

Foot massage or reflexology?

A foot massage relaxes the muscles of the foot and relieves soreness. Reflexology is pressure on specific points that are thought to connect to the rest of the body. If your feet just hurt, book the foot massage. If you are curious about reflexology, we offer that too.

Questions people ask us

Can I add a body massage?

Yes. Our combination massage is a foot massage plus shoulders, head, neck and back in one visit, fully clothed, starting at 60 minutes.

I have very ticklish feet. Will this work?

Usually yes. Firm, steady pressure is much less ticklish than light touch, and your therapist can adjust. Tell them at the start.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk ins are welcome at both locations, and we are open every day from 9 AM to 9:30 PM. If you want a specific time or a specific therapist, booking online takes about a minute and guarantees your spot.

Which location should I choose?

Whichever is closer. Our Centennial location is at 8006 E Arapahoe Rd, Suite 130 (303-353-2326) and our Highlands Ranch location is at 9245 S Broadway, #100 (303-990-9008). Same services, same pricing, same approach at both.
