Reflexology in Centennial and Highlands Ranch

Reflexology is focused pressure on specific points of the feet, hands and ears. The idea behind it is that those points connect to other parts of the body, and working them may help with pain, stress and general wellbeing. Whatever you think of the theory, a skilled reflexology session simply feels very good, especially if you are on your feet all day.

At Li’s, reflexology is done by therapists who do this every day. It is not a light foot rub. The pressure is deliberate and specific, and you will feel where the work is happening.

What a session looks like

You stay fully clothed with your shoes and socks off, and your therapist works through your feet point by point, then your hands and ears if you have booked a longer session. Sessions run from 30 minutes up to two hours. Thirty minutes is enough for both feet. An hour or more gives time to go slower on the spots that are tender, which are usually the ones that need it.

Reflexology or a foot massage?

They are related but not the same. Our foot massage is a massage of the muscles of the foot, meant to relax and relieve soreness. Reflexology targets pressure points with a specific purpose. If you are not sure which you want, book reflexology and tell your therapist what you are hoping to get out of it.

Questions people ask us

Does it hurt?

Some points can be tender, and your therapist will tell you when they hit one. Say so if the pressure is too much and it will be adjusted.

Can I book it for someone else?

Yes, a gift certificate works for reflexology or any other service at either location.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk ins are welcome at both locations, and we are open every day from 9 AM to 9:30 PM. If you want a specific time or a specific therapist, booking online takes about a minute and guarantees your spot.

Which location should I choose?

Whichever is closer. Our Centennial location is at 8006 E Arapahoe Rd, Suite 130 (303-353-2326) and our Highlands Ranch location is at 9245 S Broadway, #100 (303-990-9008). Same services, same pricing, same approach at both.
