A full body massage at Li’s covers your arms, legs, hands, feet, neck, back and glutes, with the pressure and focus set by you. We specialize in Chinese massage, and our licensed therapists also work in Swedish, Shiatsu, trigger point and back walking, so a session can be gentle and relaxing or firm and corrective depending on what your body needs that day.

You can always skip any area you would rather we not work on. Just tell your therapist. Sessions happen in a warm, quiet private room on a table built for comfort, with soft music if you want it.

What a session looks like

Your therapist will ask what is bothering you and how much pressure you like before starting, and will check in during the session so the pressure stays where you want it. If you carry your stress in your shoulders and neck, say so and that is where the time goes. If you have a specific problem area, like a tight lower back or a sore hip, we can spend most of the session there instead of spreading the time evenly.

How long should you book?

Thirty minutes is enough to work one area, usually the back, neck and shoulders. Sixty minutes covers the whole body at a comfortable pace and is a good default. Seventy five and ninety minutes give the therapist time to slow down on problem spots without rushing the rest, and 120 minutes is for people who want the full body worked thoroughly with extra time on the areas that need it. Prices for each length are on the cards above, and deep tissue can be added to any of them for $10.

Can I add deep tissue?

Yes. Deep tissue is an add on for $10 per session. Just choose it when you book, or tell your therapist when you arrive.

What is the VIP price?

If you come in regularly, a VIP package gets you 10 sessions at a discount, and the package pricing is listed on each card above. Ask at the front desk and we will set it up for you.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk ins are welcome at both locations, and we are open every day from 9 AM to 9:30 PM. If you want a specific time or a specific therapist, booking online takes about a minute and guarantees your spot.

Which location should I choose?

Whichever is closer. Our Centennial location is at 8006 E Arapahoe Rd, Suite 130 (303-353-2326) and our Highlands Ranch location is at 9245 S Broadway, #100 (303-990-9008). Same services, same pricing, same approach at both.
