Thai Massage in Centennial and Highlands Ranch
Thai massage is different from a table massage. Instead of oil and long strokes, your therapist uses deep pressure along the body’s energy lines and moves you through assisted stretches, using their own body weight to guide you into positions you could not easily get into on your own. People sometimes call it yoga you do not have to do yourself.
It is a full body session, and you stay in loose, comfortable clothing the whole time. Most people book it because they feel stiff, sit too much, or want more range of motion, not just relaxation.

What a session looks like
Your therapist works through the body in a sequence, pressing along the legs, back, arms and shoulders and then stretching each area. The pressure is firm but it is adjusted to you, so tell your therapist if anything is too much. Sessions run 60, 75, 90 or 120 minutes, and the longer sessions let the stretching go deeper without rushing.
Who it is good for
Thai massage suits people who feel tight through the hips and hamstrings, desk workers with a stiff back and shoulders, runners and anyone who wants to move better. If you have a recent injury or a condition that limits how you can be moved, mention it when you book so the therapist can plan around it.
Questions people ask us
What should I wear?
Loose, stretchy clothing, like what you would wear to a yoga class. You will be stretched and moved, so nothing restrictive.
Is it relaxing or is it a workout?
Both. It is more active than a table massage, and most people leave feeling loose and calm at the same time.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk ins are welcome at both locations, and we are open every day from 9 AM to 9:30 PM. If you want a specific time or a specific therapist, booking online takes about a minute and guarantees your spot.
Which location should I choose?
Whichever is closer. Our Centennial location is at 8006 E Arapahoe Rd, Suite 130 (303-353-2326) and our Highlands Ranch location is at 9245 S Broadway, #100 (303-990-9008). Same services, same pricing, same approach at both.
