Gift Certificate Return Policy

All gift certificate sales are final. Once a gift certificate has been mailed, we cannot issue a refund unless the original gift certificate is returned to Li’s Massage Therapy & Reflexology in unused condition. Partial refunds will not be given for partially redeemed certificates.

Gift certificates are valid for five years from the date of purchase. No fees, service charges, or penalties will ever be applied to your gift certificate balance. Gift certificates are redeemable at either our Centennial or Highlands Ranch location and may be applied toward any service we offer.

Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced. Gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the remaining balance is $5.00 or less, in which case a cash refund of the remaining balance will be provided upon request.

Gift certificates are non-transferable for resale. Li’s Massage Therapy & Reflexology reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any gift certificate presented for redemption.
